I'm Ami, an Illustrator and Graphic Designer based in Ontario, Canada. I've been drawing digitally since I got my first graphics tablet at the age of 11, and I've been freelancing since I graduated California State University of Long Beach in 2013. I love whimsical art that is full of life and colour, and I especially love taking a simple scene and filling it with those tiny magical moments that often get overlooked. In contrast, I enjoy the challenge of a minimal logo, where every little detail of line and curve influences the mood of the final design.

For the past several years I've been a bit of an art nomad, exploring the market and working with scores of clients to transform their ideas into finished products. This has been anything from children's book illustrations, to game art, to logo design, to even branding and brand book design. My influences are nature, fantasy, and the works of all the amazing artists and designers and writers that enhance our world with creativity.
